1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this site, reserving a seat, or attending an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or attend our events.
2. Eligibility and applications
Access to Private Empire Events events is by application and invitation. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion. Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee entry if membership criteria are not met.
3. Tickets and reservations
Reservations are confirmed only once payment is successfully processed. Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval. See our Membership Agreement for additional terms governing attendance.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed through third-party providers as described in our Secure Payments page. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Conduct at events
We reserve the right to remove any attendee from an event without refund for conduct we deem inappropriate. See section 3 of our Membership Agreement for our full code of conduct.
6. Limitation of liability
Private Empire Events facilitates introductions and gatherings and makes no guarantee regarding the outcome of any business relationship formed through the Network. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your attendance at or participation in our events.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
