Refund Policy
Cancellation window
Because our events are limited-capacity and vetted, refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel:

| 30+ days before | Full refund |
| 14–29 days before | 50% refund |
| Less than 14 days before | No refund |
How to request a refund
Email hello@privateempireevents.com with your event name and the email used to reserve. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Event cancellations by us
If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your reservation to a future date, at your choice.
No-shows
Reservations are non-refundable in the case of a no-show, regardless of the cancellation window above.
Cryptocurrency payments
Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, refunds for crypto payments are issued in the original cryptocurrency at the exchange rate applicable on the date of refund, which may differ from the rate at time of purchase.
